The staff helped me a lot. Ryan, the duty manager, was especially great. the twin room was lovely and clean. The beds were comfortable.

i stayed for a concert. the location was really convenient for that. joe at reception was very cute and helpful. the room was simple. the shower was very good.
the room became quite cold at night and in the morning. i had a high temperature set on the radiator, but it didn't help. i don't know if it was turned off centrally.

The room had brew making facilities! the shower was a highlight with good pressure. The room was quiet even on a monday night, a simple room indeed.

the receptionist, joe, was very helpful and cute, especially for a first-time visitor. other staff also seemed approachable and friendly! it felt nice and safe because the reception is manned 24 hours.

The power shower worked very well. The room included tea and coffee refreshments, nice. The location is near the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum , with a free experience.
